The situation

Now it is stuck.

You built something with ChatGPT or Claude and it works. People have seen it. That is further than most ideas get.

Usually one of two things happens. It keeps running quietly on real data, or it goes to IT, who are being asked to take responsibility for something they did not build and cannot fully understand.

What you have

It is worth more than it looks.

Somebody wanted this enough to build it, and it works well enough to show. Most business cases never prove that much.

What it may not have is everyone else's view. Have your customers seen it? Will the systems it has to live in allow what it assumes? Does anyone know what a year of running it costs? In a regulated business, three more questions sit behind those.

The two weeks

What happens in the two weeks.

A vibe-coded solution usually carries one person's view. The point is to replace it with a complete one, and to list everything AI missed.

Knowing who to bring in from the multidisciplinary team, why and when, is what your success depends on. Together we make sure everything below is aligned, so you can move faster without losing control.

  • Business needs
  • Customer expectations
  • System constraints
  • Solution delivery
  • AI model output validation
  • Cybersecurity
  • The evidence your team and an auditor will ask for

At the end you have one list. Every item says what is missing, what it means for you if it stays that way, what it would cost to fix, and whether it can be fixed on its own.

What you get

What the list gives you.

It gives you a decision. The front page says which items have to be fixed before this can run in your business, what those cost together, and what the thing is worth to you over a year.

It also gives you and IT the same facts. Today the argument is that it works against it is not safe, and neither side can show anything. The list ends that.

It also writes down what only you know. Right now you are the only person who understands what this does and why, so every question about it comes back to you. The list moves that knowledge into something the business owns.

After the two weeks

You choose what to fix.

Each fix has its own price from the list and its own finish. Once it is running, you see each month what it costs against what it returns, and you decide again whether to continue.

What it costs

A fixed price for the two weeks.

15,000 EUR plus VAT. Fixes are quoted from the list, so you never commit to more than you have chosen.

There are two honest answers at the end, and stop is one of them. If the necessary fixes cost more than the thing is worth, that is what the list will say. Finding that out in two weeks is cheaper than finding it out after the build.
